On January 25th, C&M camilla and marc SWIM in conjunction with Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial will celebrate Australia Day with an intimate summer drinks party.
Taking place at The Village, Kings Cross, guests were treated to a relaxing evening of Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial and oysters as the sun went down.
A preview of the C&M camilla and marc SWIM Spring 2012 collection was be presented. Guests saw a riot of colour in a print focused collection. Different art movements inspire the prints, with a colour-blocked check reminiscent of cubism and a multi colour stripe referencing abstract expressionism. This was the first time that camilla and marc have held an event to preview a new swim collection, and what a success it was!!

French designer Isabel Marant kick-started the revival of the street wear classic with her wedge high-top sneakers, which have progressed over recent seasons to become every fashionisats new footwear staple – me included!
I’ve been loving my Marant kicks for the past few months until last week I injured my foot and have since been on the hunt for a flat hi-top becuase the Marant kicks have a hidden wedge inside. Through my research I’ve come to notice that metallic hi -tops and feel they will be the next flavour of the moment when it comes to fancy sneakers and I’ve got to admit I’m LOVING them.

As you know, I’m a big fan of shirt wearing – especially the Equiptment silk shirt variety from The Intersection, Paddington’s Come As You Are, and there is nothing I love more than a good heavy metal, totally blinged out neck piece / collar to pair back with a buttoned up shirt.
I’m really into the below two Givenchy necklace’s avaiable at The Intersection, Paddington’s Scanlan & Theodore boutique featured in the latest Harpers.
They would look FAB with all of my buttoned shirts, as well as everything else in my wardrobe!!

French designer Jerome Dreyfuss has just landed at The Intersection, Paddington’s BASSIKE boutique!
He makes ah-mazing leather pieces (my picks below) that seriously just keep getting better and better with time.
And just a fun fact for you, Jerome is married to my beloved Isabel Marant.
What a talented duo!!

Guess who was spotted dashing about The Intersection, Paddington yesterday?
That’s right, the Australian fashion style queen herself… Christine Centenera!!

Christine was apparently whizzing through the stores purchasing pieces for an unamed friend / client for a party last night.
It’s been confirmed that she purchased pieces from Kirrily Johnston’s SS11/12 Habitat collection.
She shopped with her bouncer present and as she had been seen earlier yesterday shopping for Kanye West who knows if it was Kanye waiting in the hire car for her?!
